What Are Our Shipping & Delivery Methods?

We currently use two shipping methods: UPS Ground delivery and Freight (LTL) for large orders or oversize items.

UPS Ground delivery – This is our primary shipping method for items weighing less than 150lbs. Some items are oversize and may require additional handling costs. These costs are displayed for your convenience on the item’s detail page and noted in the Checkout.

Freight (LTL) – This is our method of shipping large package items and items weighing more than 150lbs. Due to size some items may weigh less than 150lbs and may still be required to ship LTL. These items are noted as so in the item’s detail page.

Where Do We Ship & Deliver?

We can ship to most of the continental US states through either method LTL or UPS Ground. Alaska, Hawaii, Montana, and Puerto Rico need to contact our Customer Service via e-mail for quotes.

We cannot ship to any APO/FPO addresses. 

What Are Our Shipping & Delivery Rates?

UPS Ground - Charges are based on the weight of the products shipped. The table below shows examples of the shipping cost for most products which weigh less than 150 pounds. Some shippable items may require Special Handling due to their size. We can combine-ship most orders with multiple packages weighing less than 200lbs UPS Ground. Combined Orders weighing more than 200lbs will need to ship LTL.

An order weighing 1lb or less will ship for $6.99. Any order weighing more than 1lb will cost $6.59 plus $0.40 per lb.

Freight (LTL) - Charges are based on the weight of the products shipped along with the region of the country to which the item is being delivered.

Handling fees- There is a $3.00 handling fee on orders that total less than $25.00.

 

When Will My Order Arrive?

Orders are generally shipped within 1 business day (Monday – Friday) from the time the order is placed. Items shipping with UPS Ground will generally arrive within 3 – 7 days from the time the order left our warehouse. Please allow some extra time for packages shipping LTL.
