Return and Exchange Policy Returns

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We have set specific guidelines to ensure a quick and easy return and exchange process.

Before any return, an email to ebesahproducts@msn.com must be made to received a "RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER"

  1. Customer must have "RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER" prior to return of items(s) - EMAIL US FOR RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER
  2. Return Authorization number must be visible on outside of package (in at least 2 places) or claim will be denied
  3. Customer must include reason for return (see below)
  4. Refunds will be made by original method of payment
  5. Customer pays freight for returns unless it is our fault
  6. Customer to contact Carrier if product is received damaged    (customer responsibility)
  7. COD's on returns will not be accepted
  8. Restocking fee - return received must be consistent with customer's   description of condition or a 15% restocking will be assessed
  9. All accessories/manuals must be included with return or claim will be voided

It is most important that you inspect the package at the time of delivery.

  • Ask the freight carrier for a copy of the delivery receipt.
  • Record the freight company's name and trailer number so we may track the order back to our vendor or warehouse.

It is your responsibility to check that all items are correct and all pieces accounted for before you sign.

If the product is damaged in shipping, you may choose to refuse the delivery. If you choose to refuse the delivery, you must note the damages on the delivery receipt.

If only part of an item is damaged, you may accept the order, note the damages, and contact us. We may be able to replace damaged pieces.

All products properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund, which may include an in-store credit or credit to the original payment method. We will credit you for the total purchase price, upon receipt of the product, less any applicable restocking fees.

If you are returning a product that was given to you as a gift, you will receive an in-store credit as your refund. Please contact our Customer Care Center at ebesahproducts@msn.com  for further instructions on how to process your return. If there was an error on our part, please e-mail us within 30 days and we will send you the correct product, replacement product, or replacement parts at no cost to you. Your e-mail will be responded to within 24 hours and will be your record on file.
